While they re just as tasty as the one birthday cake protein bars i ve gotten at the grocery store these are mini sized. That one is pretty great. Except for possibly the ohyeah maple donut. Still yummy just not a good value.

They have about the same amount of protein and sugars per bar compared to quest if not even better tasting w o the protein bar aftertaste.
