Pumpkin Cake Mix Cupcakes

Pour batter into prepared muffin cups filling 3 4 full.
Pumpkin cake mix cupcakes. Increase speed to medium and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Pour batter into muffin cups evenly about 3 4 full. Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. To make these pumpkin spice cupcakes combine the cake mix plus ingredients on back minus the water pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Blend cake mix pumpkin puree eggs water and oil in a large bowl at low speed until moistened. Pour the pumpkin cupcake batter into liners in muffin tins and bake for 17 20 minutes.
Mix together the cake mix sugar oil water eggs pumpkin puree pumpkin spice and cinnamon. Prepare the cake mix as directed but with the following change. In large bowl beat cake mix pumpkin water oil eggs and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds then on medium speed 2 minutes scraping bowl occasionally. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees f.
Stir spice cake mix and pumpkin together until a thick batter emerges and the spice cake mix is completely mixed into the pumpkin. Allow to cool and top with cinnamon buttercream icing recipe below. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups about two thirds full.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
